Teen Critically Injured After Motorcycle Crashes Into Pole In Lindenhurst: Suffolk County PD A teenager is in critical condition after crashing a motorcycle into a pole in Lindenhurst, Suffolk County Police announced on Thursday, July 3. The teen was riding a 2015 Suzuki motorcycle in front of 149 East John Street when he lost control and struck a pole around 1:30 a.m., according to police. He was rushed to Good Samaritan University Hospital in West Islip by Lindenhurst Rescue and remains in critical condition. The motorcycle was impounded for a safety check. Detectives with the First Squad are investigating and ask anyone with information to call them at 631-854-8152.
