Ideal Number Of Hours For A Good Night's Sleep May Come As A Surprise, New Study Finds A better night’s rest may come down to a narrower window than many people think. A sweeping study published in Nature found that the smallest biological age gaps were observed among people who reported sleeping between 6.4 and 7.8 hours per night. That works out to about 6 hours, 24 minutes to 7 hours, 48 minutes. The study analyzed sleep and health data from roughly 500,000 UK Biobank participants between ages 37 and 84. Hulk Hogan, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, died of natural causes, according to a 72-page Clearwater Police Department report cited by multiple reports.
