Denis Ricardo Zelaya Zapata, 29, of Toms River, was behind the wheel of a black 2023 Toyota Highlander that had struck a tree on Hyson Road and become fully engulfed in flames just after 12 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, Police Lt. A massive metal building in Virginia went up in flames before dawn Saturday, sending firefighters from across two states racing to the scene.
Fire crews were called shortly after 3:30 a.m. to the 13000 block of Loyalty Road in the Catoctin District in Leesburg, according to Loudoun County Fire and Rescue.
