Prosecutors are reopening a criminal investigation into members of a Cornell University fraternity accused of a gang rape, according to reports. The Tompkins County District Attorney's Office told ABC News on Monday, Sept. 28, that it plans to present the case to a grand jury. A 28-year-old Pennsylvania man killed in a fiery head-on crash on Route 39 has been identified, state police announced on Monday, Sept. 28. Justin Patterson of Harrisburg was driving a Lexus sedan south in the 500 block of South Hershey Road, also known as Route 39, around 4:52 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, according to Pennsylvania State Police. A confrontation between two men at a tobacco shop ended with one of them stabbed in the torso on Saturday morning, Sept. 26, authorities announced on Monday, Sept. 28.
